What we monitor

Web application: If this page rendered, the web app is healthy.
Database: A SELECT 1 against MySQL. Latency above 1 second flags as degraded.
Alt registry: Most-recent last_time_seen in alts_registry. Healthy if < 10 min old (the bot is actively writing). Degrades after 10 min, fails after 1 hour.
Stripe API: Calls balance.retrieve. Latency above 1.5 seconds flags as degraded.
Stripe webhook: Verified by inspecting the freshness of the most-recent paid invoice in web_payments. We can't directly ping the webhook endpoint, so this is a downstream-side check.

Nitrado API health is not currently probed — would require routing a test through a server's stored token. Open an issue if your community needs this surfaced.
